Our catamaran courses on Fuerteventura

Our catamaran sailing courses are the perfect introduction to the wonderful sport of catamaran sailing. Whether you have never sailed before or have some experience, our Hobie Cat courses are suited to your ability. We also run sailing trips to Fuerteventura’s neighbouring island of Los Lobos, where you can relax while we take care of the sailing.

Beginner catamaran courses

Our Water Sports Centre runs courses for beginners and intermediate sailors. You can choose your level and the number of days of the course to match your perfect water sports holiday.

These catamaran sailing courses are for people who have done some sailing before, but still class themselves as beginners. You will learn how more about launching, landing and various points of sailing. The lesson will also include:

• Main sails trim
• Steering
• Gybing
• Tacking
• Capsize and righting the boat

Want to refresh or advance your sailing skills? Our intermediate courses will be tailored to your level.

In our intermediate catamaran sailing course you’ll learn how to trapeze and maintain maximum power. We will aim to get you much more confident and at ease with sailing. This course includes extended trips to other islands like Lobos and Lanzarote.
