Beginner SUP courses

SUP (Stand up Paddleboarding) is a great sport for low or no wind days, something we don’t have many of, fortunately. In our SUP excursions we take you to a lovely lagoon on the island of Los Lobos, ideal for learning this relaxing sport. The sessions start at 10am every Wednesday and Saturday (weather permitting) with a short boat ride over to the island where the board will be waiting. We spend 3 hours paddling around the bays and lagoons.
