We are always looking for new motivated, enthusiastic and professional staff either for the current season or following seasons.
We employ kitesurf, windsurf and surf instructors as well as beach hands and require that all applicants hold a valid European driving license.
Applicants for instructor positions should be qualified and speak minimum 2 languages: the main languages being English, Spanish, German, Italian and French.

Kitesurf Instructors
- Minimum qualification from either IKO or VDWS
- 2 languages
- Boat driving license
- Commissioned based wages dependent on experience and languages
Surf Instructors
- ISA or equivalent license
- 2 languages
- Fixed salary
Windsurf Instructors
- VDWS license
- 2 languages
- Fixed salary
Hostel Hands
- All year
- Person as host in hostel
- Evening duties to cover care for guests 18:30-22:00
- Free bed and breakfast
- Must speak English
Additional paid part time work:
- General supplies, airport transfers, easy gardening and cleaning.
- Driving licence imperative.
Office Staff
- You need to be able to have a working knowledge of excel and word
- Job duties include answering the phone, dealing with the bookings on both the accommodation and sports, check-ins
- Fixed salary starting at 1200 euros/ month on a contract with paid holidays for 5 days a week.
- minimum 18 months, we are not looking to train anyone for less time
