All reservations will be confirmed in writing by email and require a deposit to be paid on confirmation of the booking. Once the deposit has been paid, the booking becomes a contract between Flag Beach and the customer and this deposit is non refundable. The deposit amount due will depend on the total of the booking; however, will not exceed 50% of the total. The remainder is payable prior to arrival or in resort on the first day. Deposits can be paid by Visa, MasterCard or in to a bank account, details provided upon booking. Deposits for all bookings made within 14 days of arrival must be paid by credit card. There is a handling fee for credit card payments in resort; however, these charges are waived on deposit payments.
Flag Beach have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that all component parts of holidays booked by clients are supplied as relevant price lists/information and that all suppliers of these are of an acceptable standard. Flag Beach have no direct control over such organizations/persons not directly employed by Flag Beach and should not be liable for acts or omissions by them or their employees.
Flag Beach have a third party public liability insurance however on booking with Flag Beach and thus entering into a contract with us, it is each clients responsibility to have an adequate holiday insurance as well as personal accident insurance for any injuries they may sustain while practicing water sports during their time at Flag Beach.
Cancellations / Refunds
Flag Beach operate a strict NO refund policy on all bookings. On payment of deposit and confirmation of bookings all clients and Flag Beach enter into a contract, under this contract we have a no refund policy EXCEPT: our standard beginner and intermediate kite courses (2,3,4,5 day durations), water work kite course and boardwork kite course. We will refund on these courses ONLY if the client is unable to complete the course on their stay on Fuerteventura and by their departure date due to lack of wind. The client must accept that this is a sport which depends very much on weather conditions and therefore they must be flexible. No refunds are applicable for: no show, cancellations, not being contactable, etc. This refund does NOT extend to any courses booked as part of a package or courses in windsurfing and surfing. It is not applicable to any other services offered by Flag Beach such as car hire, accommodation rental, or equipment rental. It does not apply to any special offers or discounted products.
On attending any courses or rentals with FB clients declare they are aware of necessary local regulations to avoid risk of Covid-19 infections. They also declare they have have no knowledge of suffering Covid-19 and that they do have any symptoms of it. They understand the risks associated with group lessons and voluntarily accept any risks associated with possible infection.

From 1st day of holiday: 100%
In the event that a client wishes to complain about any aspect of their holiday, the client should take this up with a responsible member of staff from Flag Beach (Ben / Rachel / Flag Beach manager) in RESORT. Flag Beach will NOT be liable for any complaints after the client has returned home.
Arrangements for holidays are made months in advance, however some changes may become necessary after booking and Flag Beach reserves the right to make these changes at anytime. If Flag Beach is unable to provide the accommodation booked, it reserves the right to substitute alternative accommodation of a similar or higher standard. As much of the accommodation is not officially classified, similar standard accommodation will be deemed to be that of the same price, have the same facilities and be located in the same resort. Provided we receive notification of changes we will advise clients as soon as possible. Under such circumstances should the client cancel their holiday this would be subject to the normal cancellation charges. Should the changes be that they differ to a great extent to the original holiday booked i.e. change of resort, lower standard accommodation, etc. Flag Beach will endeavor to offer an alternative arrangement or refund of cost difference or cancel the booking and provide a full refund of monies paid. In certain circumstances cancellation may be necessary and Flag Beach reserve the right to, in our absolute discretion, cancel any booking and in this instance, the clients will be refunded the total amount paid or offered an alternative stay for other dates.
Flag Beach will not be responsible for Force Majeure circumstances.
